Shipping policy

We ship to the United States only. All orders leave from Guatemala, where our pieces are woven.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. Freight is already included in the price of each piece: nothing is added at checkout.

Import duties and taxes

Already paid. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): we cover the duties and taxes for entry into the United States. You will have nothing to pay when your package arrives.

Delivery times

• Preparation: 1 to 2 business days.
• Transit: 5 to 8 business days.

These are estimates and do not include customs or carrier delays. As soon as we ship, we email you the tracking number.

Delivery address

Please check that your address is complete and correct before confirming your order. We can't be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, write to sales@origenchapin.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll sort it out with you.
